Rebi presents the Soria biomass heat network at SIBioenergía

Rebi will be present on March 19 at the first edition of SIBioenergía (Zaragoza). David Lafuente, Commercial Director of Rebi and Engineer of Forests, will participate in one of the technical sessions of the fair and will speak about the company's biomass heat network within the evening program under the title of 'District Network in Soria. Private initiative for public solutions'. Lafuente will explain how heat distribution works under the streets of the city to supply heating and hot water to 2,500 homes and twenty public and subsidized buildings in the northern part of Soria, a network that will serve 5,000 homes and 45 public buildings when it completes all its phases.

Rebi will focus on the characteristics of the thermal power plant located behind El Mirón, he will explain what the wood chip combustion process is and how the water that comes out of the plant at 90 degrees Celsius is heated. The operation of an exchange station that is placed in the boiler rooms of the connected facilities will be shown and, above all, the economic, technical, social and environmental advantages offered by a project of such magnitude as the Heat Network with Soria biomass.
