Who we are
ELECTRODOMÉSTICOS CHOLO is a family business created in 1982 by Mr. José Chousa Doncos, who already had a background as an appliance repairer and electrician installer for 23 years. At that time our headquarters were in a small premises located in the galleries of Rúa Anduriñas where we worked with brands such as: Balay, Bosch, Siemens, Otsein, Corcho, Junkers.
In our desire to provide a better service to both the user and the manufacturers, in 1993 we changed our corporate name, establishing a limited company and moving to the current location at c/ Escultor Asorey nº 10 where we have 500m² distributed between exhibition, warehouse, workshops and offices.
In our center you can find accessories and spare parts of all brands, sale and installation of appliances, stoves, ECOFOREST and used and second-hand appliances.
In addition, the quality and professionalism of our service is reflected in the fact that we have ISO 9001 and 14001 certificates.

How to buy
Find what you want
Browse our store and find the products you need. In the left menu you will always find the categories and you will have an exact reference to the section you are in. Access the products to see their description, features and images as well as their price, availability and shipping costs. The products on offer and featured are clearly differentiated.
Add the products to the basket
You can add to the basket all the products that you want to include in the order. Access the product you want and add it to the basket using the “add to basket” button. It is possible that the item has associated options, so you must indicate the desired option before including the item in the basket. Likewise, for each item you may need more than one unit, a condition that can be changed by indicating the number in the “quantity” box before including the product in the basket.
Place the order
To place an order you must add the products you want to the basket and access it using the “validate purchase” button. In it you can review the products that make up the order as well as the quantities or even make any observations related to them.
Once you have reviewed the basket, proceed to formalize the order using the “place order” button. From here the guided process of selecting options and filling in the necessary data to complete the order will begin:
- 1 – Shipping and billing:
Enter the shipping/billing information related to the order and select the most appropriate shipping method. - 2 – Payment method:
Choose the payment method that best suits you based on its description and the possible expenses derived from it. - 3 – Summary and confirmation:
Review the order summary and make the appropriate changes in case there is any erroneous information before formalizing the order.
Depending on the payment method selected (in step 2), the payment will proceed immediately or the order will be generated while waiting for payment. Once this step is completed, you will be shown a screen where it is confirmed that the order has been generated successfully and where you can see and print the receipt of the order. This proof of purchase will automatically be sent to the email address indicated when placing the order.
