These purchase conditions, as well as any other particular conditions that may exist, and which will be duly displayed on the corresponding screens, constitute the regulatory framework for the acquisition of our products and which will be formalized directly on this website.
The purchase conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, on information society services and electronic commerce, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the text recast of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade and other complementary laws, all of them mandatory legal provisions.

7. RETURNS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL) AND GUARANTEES
7.1 General conditions
The purchased items can be returned (purchase withdrawal) for any reason, for which you will inform us in advance either by e-mail or by phone (you will find them on our contact page) and we will arrange a return authorization for the merchandise, provided that the nature of the acquired good allows it.
The transportation costs incurred for the return will be your responsibility. These will only be refundable in case of defective products or erroneous shipments.
If we are collecting the item, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
The return period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging in the case of spare parts sealed by the manufacturer and well seated (in the case of small or delicate products, additional packaging must be included to avoid damage), including the instruction manuals and the accessories or gifts included if applicable, so before using the product “decide if you are interested in it.” Once the merchandise has been received and it has been verified that it is in perfect condition, the payment made will be refunded, not including the delivery costs, nor the additional costs resulting from the eventual choice of a delivery method other than the one initially determined as standard.
The maximum legal period for payment to be made is 14 calendar days from when the right of withdrawal has been exercised. Exceptions to the mandatory return will be considered:

– The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material medium when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on their part that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.
– Products upon request direct from the manufacturer.
– Items sold as opportunities / outlet.

7.2 Guarantees
All products include the official manufacturer's warranty, which in addition to manufacturing defects also covers possible breakdowns that occur during said warranty period and under the legally established terms, which by law is a period of three years from the date of purchase. buys.
