1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE OWNER

2. OBJECT

These purchase conditions, as well as any other particular conditions that may exist, and which will be duly displayed on the corresponding screens, constitute the regulatory framework for the acquisition of our products and which will be formalized directly on this website.

The purchase conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, on information society services and electronic commerce, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the text recast of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade and other complementary laws, all of them mandatory legal provisions.

The acquisition of the products can only be made by users over eighteen (18) years of age, who must follow the steps and instructions that will accompany the entire purchase process, consisting, but not limited to: (i) Completion of the form, either for the identification of occasional users, as well as identification of previously registered clients; (ii) Screen display of the order summary, delivery conditions and shipping costs, if applicable; (iii) Acceptance of purchase conditions, which implies reading, understanding and irrevocable acceptance of each and every one of them, as well as, where applicable, the particular conditions that may be applicable and (iv) immediate receipt of email electronic summary in the account used in the registration or – failing that – in the shortest possible time and always within the following twenty-four hours.

To clients who wish to register, we will assign personal credentials consisting of a unique identifier (which will be the email address) and a password whose conservation and custody will depend exclusively on its owner, who must operate with them with due diligence. 4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Products available in the store will show all the characteristics, existing options and price, as well as an illustrative image of the packaging or packaging in which they are presented. They will incorporate in the description the quantities per unit of product with a clear indication of the volume. In the catalog you can also find a brief presentation, as well as others related to the product chosen by the User, who can include them in their shopping cart.

The prices indicated are in euros (identified by the € symbol) and include VAT and any other taxes that may be applicable and will be those in force at all times. In this case, the costs of shipping the order to the User's address will also appear on the purchase summary screen, which will always be, if applicable, borne by the buyer.

What was said in the previous section will not apply to those sales expressly excluded by the regulations on added value or those sales authorized abroad.

We reserve the right to cancel a purchase when it has occurred due to an obvious information or typographical error, which will be notified to the user as soon as possible, canceling any account charge that may have occurred.

The store does not have a specific promotions section, although it will be duly indicated on the screen when the purchase of a product is discounted.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

Once the products have been selected, the prices and the shopping cart total, as well as the shipping costs, will be displayed, all before proceeding to payment. By following all the instructions that we offer you on the screen, the operation can be successfully facilitated.

We will deliver the purchased products as soon as possible to the address you indicate for this purpose in the order form. Delivery will always occur within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the order.

    Using this method, payment will be made at the store selected for collection. Orders through payment in store will be held for 3 business days pending payment/collection starting the day after placing the order.

1. Appliances

1.1 Warranty
  • All appliances include a legal guarantee of 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures under conditions of proper use and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
