AMB Green Power has put into operation in the town of Brea de Aragón (Zaragoza) a biomass installation integrated into the industrial oil manufacturing process for an oil mill in this town.
This installation heats water using the olive pit generated in the oil mill's own production process as fuel and delivers it to the manufacturing process.
This system is designed to heat water to 65 degrees and deliver it to the mixing machine at the temperature necessary for the process (45º) and a pressure of 0.5 kg.
The facility has a Missouri 450,000 kcal/h boiler (523.26 kW maximum), two Grundfos Magna 1 50-120 pumps in the primary circuit (one always running and the other stopped to be used in case of emergency due to breakage of the pump in operation). ), a recirculation pump (anti-condensate) Grunfos Alpha 2 25-60 and a final Grundfos Alpha 1 25-40 pump responsible for ensuring that the water enters the machine at 45º. All this to be able to satisfy the client's needs.
The system assembly period has been 12 days, taking into account that the entire installation is made with PPR pipe and that a new boiler room had to be designed as well as a silo with a capacity of 5,300 kg and autonomy. of 5 days.
