Yes, it is new. It says "new and original replacement" above.
To be 100% sure, we need the water heater's serial number, a 10-digit number found on the metal sticker behind the water body and water connections, because WR500-7 KVM1 S2895 is a very long serial number. You can send a photo of the sticker or the serial number to our email: info@electrocholo.com
