1265 J4 drive belt for Ariston and Indesit washing machines . This is the part that transmits the motor's rotation to the drum pulley. When it is worn, stretched, or broken, the washing machine usually exhibits these symptoms:

The motor makes noise but the drum doesn't turn, or it turns in fits and starts.
The drum slips during the spin cycle or the clothes come out too wet.
A squeaking sound or a burning rubber smell is heard during washing.
When removing the back cover, the strap appears loose, cracked, or broken.
