Junkers / Neckar Hydronext sealed LPG gas distributor and two valve assembly

One of the most common faults in Junkers / Neckar low NOx heaters is that they lock up with the red indicator light on and don't tell us anything else.

It can become blocked, because when this part is faulty, the heater keeps turning on and off until it eventually blocks as well.

The problem could be either of the two solenoid valves, but since everything comes as a unit from the factory, we replace the entire gas distributor and avoid any problems. This way, the solenoid valves are replaced at the same time.

Don't forget to mark wires and connections before disassembling because the gas distributor wiring of the heater has polarity.
