New MaxiMus biomass boiler from Solarfocus for 150-300 kW

Solarfocus presents its MaxiMus boiler at the Expobiomasa fair, which allows large installations to be heated efficiently and cleanly with biomass and controlled from anywhere. Additionally, this heating system automatically knows when to heat.

Sophisticated technology in detail
Through the rotary valve, which guarantees 100% flame retardancy thanks to its generously sized design, the fuel is transported to the grill step by step in the combustion chamber. The grate speed automatically adjusts to the fuel, thus ensuring clean combustion without slag generation.

The standard control of the combustion chamber temperature and gas recirculation allows the combustion of extremely dry materials and fuels of different types and qualities. It ensures a constant temperature in the combustion chamber (cooled internally if necessary with the combustion gases themselves). Therefore, not only is complete combustion of the fuel achieved, but the thermal stress of the components is minimized, which leads to a longer useful life of the boiler. MaxiMus has an electrostatic dust filter installed as standard to ensure low emissions without the need for expensive external cleaning systems.
