With the ceramic hob always cold, both in normal and induction hobs, except that the latter will cool down first.
Using a soft sponge is the best, and with a little mistol or fairy , it is good for our ceramic hob, it softens the most embedded dirt and removes grease.
Before drying the glass-ceramic, and with it wet, we use our spatula or scraper , and always pass it from top to bottom in the longest possible strokes.

They contain a very fine sand as a polish that is not good for the vitro and dulls the color. vitroclen bottle is not used or moved for a long time. On the other hand, with Cerafix we are very happy even though it is more difficult to obtain.

Following our recommendation and experience, we put a drop of Cerafix on each fire, a dry chamois or kitchen paper and rub. There is no more secret, yes we know... we don't like cooking as much as cooking, but this is not magic 🙂
In any case, if the ceramic hob is very ugly after scraping... especially because of the fire lines, we can use Sthal Fix . Yeah ! I know, it says it's a steel cleaner... but don't worry, this way you kill two birds with one stone...
We have tried it and we do it often and it is great, because it is a little more aggressive than Cerafix . Even so, whether you have to use Stahlfix or not, we will always finish with the Cerafix, cleaning it and rubbing in circles. Important, after the cleaner, never wash or rinse the vitro, the natural cerafix leave it with a spectacular shine and prevent dirt from sticking so easily next time. And that's it...
