Your coffee maker is not making coffee and/or is not dispensing water

The water tank is clogged.
The water tank of your espresso machine is equipped with a valve that controls the water flow. If it is clogged, for example, by limescale or debris, the water will no longer be able to pass through. The injection cannula/needle may also be clogged. This can be cleaned with the needle shown below.

The tank can be removed to access the valve so you can handle and clean it, using white vinegar for this purpose. If the valve is truly faulty, you will need to replace it or even the entire water tank.
