Ríos Renovables Group will carry out the energy management of the community of owners of the building at 17 Francisco Vitoria Street in Zaragoza. This community, with 50 homes, has a boiler room renovated two years ago that runs on biomass fuel of forest origin in pellet format , of an automated type. The three boilers, BioCurve brand, are responsible for supplying the total energy demanded by users for domestic hot water and heating services.
In this way, the Navarrese company dedicated to energy efficiency is now in charge of supplying energy to meet the demand for domestic hot water and heating services, which is estimated at 80 tons per year. The useful energy demand is estimated at 300,000 kWh/year . In addition, Ríos Renovables will be in charge of preventive maintenance.
With this new project in the residential sector, Ríos Renovables Group manages a total of four communities of owners in Zaragoza with a comprehensive service (supply and maintenance with full guarantee) that use biomass of forest origin as fuel.
The total amount of forest biomass type fuel (pellet and chip format) that Ríos Renovables Group uses to supply thermal energy to its clients is approximately 15,000 tons per year , with a total thermal energy delivered of 45 GWh/year.
