Who we are
ELECTRODOMÉSTICOS CHOLO is a family business founded in 1982 by José Chousa Doncos, who already had 23 years of experience as an appliance repairer and electrician. At that time, our headquarters were located in a small shop in the arcades of Anduriñas Street, from where we worked with brands such as Balay, Bosch, Siemens, Otsein, Corcho, and Junkers.
In our desire to provide a better service to both users and manufacturers, in 1993 we changed our company name, forming a limited company and moving to our current location at c/ Escultor Asorey nº 10, where we have 500m² distributed between exhibition, warehouse, workshops and offices.
In our center you can find accessories and spare parts for all brands, sale and installation of household appliances, stoves, ECOFOREST and used and second-hand appliances.
Furthermore, the quality and professionalism of our service is reflected in the fact that we hold ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications.

How to buy
Find what you're looking for.
Browse our store and find the products you need. The menu on the left always shows the categories and the exact section you're in. Access product descriptions, features, and images, as well as prices, availability, and shipping costs. Featured and sale items are clearly marked.
Add products to your cart.
You can add all the products you wish to include in your order to your cart. Access the product you want and add it to your cart using the "add to cart" button. The item may have associated options, so you must select the desired option before adding the item to your cart. Also, you may need more than one unit of each item; you can change this by entering the number in the "quantity" field before adding the product to your cart.
Place your order.
To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout by clicking the "proceed to checkout" button. There you can review the items in your order, including quantities, and even add comments about them.
Once you have reviewed your shopping cart, proceed to place your order by clicking the "Place Order" button. From here, you will begin a guided process of selecting options and filling in the necessary information to complete your order

Please provide the shipping/billing details for the order and select the most appropriate shipping method. - 2 – Payment method:
Choose the payment method that best suits you, taking into account its description and any associated costs. - 3 – Summary and confirmation:
Review the order summary and make the necessary changes if there is any incorrect information before finalizing the order.
Depending on the payment method selected (in step 2), you will either proceed to immediate payment or the order will be placed on hold pending payment. Once this step is completed, a screen will appear confirming that the order has been successfully generated, and you will be able to view and print the order confirmation. This purchase confirmation will also be automatically sent to the email address provided when placing the order.
