Magnon Green Energy, the renewable energy subsidiary of the Ence Group, has launched a project to facilitate the introduction of machinery into the agricultural biomass sector . As part of this project, Magnon will finance machinery for its partner biomass suppliers through long-term, sustainable agreements.

As a result of this initiative, the energy company has already financed 4 machines for its suppliers , with the aim of bringing the biomass of the olive and fruit groves to the surface.

In this way, Magnon aims to boost the growth of its suppliers and support them in the development and improvement of their business . Furthermore, it reinforces its contribution to the olive oil sector, a key component of Spanish agriculture.

commitment to the rural areas surrounding its plants is unwavering. Thanks to the biomass it utilizes from the areas surrounding its facilities, located in the provinces of Huelva, Córdoba, Jaén, Ciudad Real, and Badajoz, the company generates renewable and manageable energy, contributing to Spain's energy independence through its electricity grid.

The company's activity in these towns revitalizes the rural economy. Magnon's eight plants provide significant socioeconomic value , contributing to the industrialization and rural development of their surrounding areas, thus helping to strengthen the region and retain the population.

Thanks to this decentralization of the industry, it actively contributes to the fight against rural depopulation in Spain . In fact, biomass energy generation is the renewable energy sector that creates the most jobs – 25 direct and indirect jobs for every MW of installed capacity, according to the Spanish Renewable Energy Association (APPA). Thus, Magnon's contribution to the socioeconomic development of these areas amounts to 6,500 jobs.
