The Galicia Energy Fair, which will be held from March 22 to 24 at the ABANCA International Fair of Galicia with the support of the Xunta de Galicia through the Ministry of Economy, Employment and Industry, will have a wide program of conferences.
Under the title "Biomass installations, keys for the installer", the first day of the event will feature one of these technical sessions, organized by the Spanish Association for Energy Valorization of Biomass (AVEBIOM).
With the aim of highlighting for installers the keys to the correct functioning of a biomass installation, it will feature the participation of different companies belonging to the association and focused on different sections of the biomass value chain.
The day will begin by addressing the AVEBIOM Certified Biomass Installer Seal, which aims to guarantee that installations are carried out by a highly competent installer, holding the RITE certification, who also meets a series of requirements and standards considered basic and necessary for performing their work. Following this, Biokima will analyze the software for controlling and preventive maintenance of installations; Biocurve will explain the difference between a condensing gas installation and a condensing biomass installation; and Hargassner will discuss the differences between an oil installation and a biomass installation.
Next, Ecoforest and Efilume will explain why choosing a brand name is beneficial and the differences compared to generic brands, while Suakontrol will discuss components for minimizing emissions in wood-burning equipment. The key aspects of biomass energy contracts will also be detailed, with Calor Erbi providing the presentation.
The last two presentations will address energy service companies (ESCOs) as the perfect ally for small installers, by the company Foresga, and the importance of certified pellets for the proper functioning of an installation, by Biomasa Forestal.
