Technical conference of the German Chamber of Commerce on Biomass Air Conditioning Networks in Valladolid

The German Chamber of Commerce for Spain, with the support of the sector associations AVEBIOM and ADHAC and the financing of the German Ministry of Economy and Energy, calls for a technical conference and a commercial mission on June 23 in Valladolid (June 24-26 ) focused on biomass air conditioning networks.

The main objective of this initiative is to promote the development of biomass heat networks in Spain and initiate commercial or technological cooperation between companies from both countries.

Professionals who attend the event will be able to learn about the most efficient applications and innovative technologies to take advantage of Spain's great potential in biomass resources. The thermal use of these natural resources through heat and cold networks entails considerable energy savings.

Conference at the Environmental Resources Center (PRAE) of Valladolid
The program for this conference will include presentations by German and Spanish experts, as well as commercial presentations by six German companies on technologies related to the use of biomass in heating and cooling networks. Experts from German and Spanish institutions will meet in Valladolid to present the latest technologies that allow for very considerable savings in energy costs. Attendees will learn about different practical cases of heat and cold networks (District Heating and Cooling) in both countries. Likewise, the business opportunities and market perspectives generated by biomass will be discussed. A delegation of six German companies will present their products and experiences. All presentations will be translated simultaneously into Spanish.

Commercial mission
The following seven German companies that stand out for their technology and efficient applications in successful projects and that seek contacts with local entrepreneurs in Spain participate in the commercial mission: Abc-advanced biomass solutions, AHWI Maschinenbau, Brandes, Hai Technology, Heizomat, Herlt and Kutzner+Weber. The companies that make up the German delegation will meet individually with Spanish companies interested in starting commercial, technological or service-providing cooperation between both countries. These meetings, previously arranged by our German Chamber of Commerce, will preferably be held at the headquarters of Spanish companies and will serve to initiate direct bilateral contacts or to strengthen existing commercial relations.

The call made by the German Chamber of Commerce for Spain is aimed at all professionals interested in the use of biomass in air conditioning networks and related sectors, among them, energy managers of municipalities interested in reducing their energy bill; energy managers of municipalities interested in reducing their energy bill; consultancies, engineers and designers active in renewable energies; Energy Services Companies (ESEs), energy supply companies and installation and maintenance companies; distributors / business partners; Administration and public institutions with areas of action in energy; business associations; technology, research centers and universities; financial entities and specialized press.
