1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE HOLDER
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale – hereinafter referred to as GTC – govern the purchase of the various products offered on our website, owned by Electro Cholo, SL, with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B-27172287, and registered office at C/ Escultor Asorey, 10 Bajo, 27004, Lugo, Spain. 2. OBJECT
These purchase conditions, as well as any other specific conditions that may exist, and which will be duly displayed on the corresponding screens, constitute the regulatory framework governing the acquisition of our products and which will be formalized directly on this website.
The purchase conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, on information society services and electronic commerce, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade and other complementary laws, all of which are mandatory legal provisions.
The purchase of products may only be made by users over eighteen (18) years of age, who must follow the steps and instructions that will accompany the entire purchase process, consisting, by way of example only: (i) Completion of the form, either for the identification of occasional users, or for the identification of previously registered customers; (ii) Viewing on screen the order summary, delivery conditions and shipping costs – if applicable; (iii) Acceptance of purchase conditions, which implies the reading, understanding and irrevocable acceptance of each and every one of them, as well as, where applicable, the particular conditions that may be applicable and (iv) immediate receipt of a summary email in the account used in the registration or – failing that – within the shortest possible time and always before the following twenty-four hours.
Customers who wish to register will be assigned personal credentials consisting of a unique identifier (their email address) and a password. The safekeeping and security of these credentials is the sole responsibility of the account holder, who must use them with due diligence. Therefore, they may not use any passwords other than their own to impersonate other users when using the store or any other service on the website.

The purchase and acquisition of products in the store will be accessible from the territorial locations indicated below:

Purchases from abroad may be authorized, subject to shipping costs.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The products available in the store will display all their features, available options, and price, along with an illustrative image of the packaging. The description will include the quantities per unit, clearly indicating the volume. The catalog will also contain a brief presentation, as well as other related products, which the user can then add to their shopping cart.
The prices shown are in eur(identified by the symbol €) and include VAT and any other applicable taxes, and will always be the current rates. Shipping costs to the User's address will also appear on the purchase summary screen and, if applicable, will always be the responsibility of the buyer.
The provisions of the previous section shall not apply to sales expressly excluded by the regulations on value added or to sales authorized for export.
We reserve the right to cancel a purchase when it has been made due to an obvious informational or typographical error, which will be notified to the user as soon as possible, cancelling any charges that may have been made to the account.
The store does not have a specific promotions section, although it will be duly indicated on screen when the purchase of any product is discounted.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
Once you've selected your products, the prices and total for your shopping cart, as well as shipping costs, will be displayed before you proceed to payment. Following the on-screen instructions will ensure a successful transaction.
To this end, we have contracted a payment gateway that complies with the security standards required in e-commerce, so all transmitted data will be encrypted to guarantee maximum security through HTTPS protocol, thus ensuring that the transaction will be carried out securely.
We will deliver the purchased products as soon as possible to the address you provide on the order form. Delivery will always take place within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the order.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be held for 3 business days pending payment, starting the day after the order is placed. Therefore, please place your order only when you are ready to make the transfer. Please also remember that transfers made from banks other than those we provide may take 24 to 48 hours to process. For this reason, and to expedite orders, we kindly request that deposits or transfers be made to the same banks whenever possible.

With this method, payment will be made at the selected store for pickup. Orders paid in-store will be held for 3 business days pending payment/pickup, starting the day after the order is placed.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SAME-DAY DELIVERY FOR ORDERS PLACED AFTER 1:00 PM.
NO SHIPPING ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS
Shipping costs and delivery times for each order will always be the responsibility of the customers, and may be subject to variations depending on the products chosen or the location from which the order is placed.
If the customer is absent at the time of delivery or during peak shipping seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc., Correos and Correos Express may leave the shipments in mailboxes or the nearest assigned collection points to the customer's address, notifying them by email or SMS

7. RETURNS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL) AND GUARANTEES
At ElectroCholo, we work to guarantee your satisfaction and comply with current regulations regarding warranties and returns. Below, we detail the conditions applicable to products purchased in our store.

7.1. Household Appliances
7.1.1 Warranty
All household appliances have a legal guarantee of 3 years from the date of purchase, as established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures under proper use conditions and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
In case of default, the following will be offered:

Replacement of the product with a new one.

If repair or replacement is not possible, the customer may choose a price reduction or a refund of the amount paid.
Warranty exclusions:

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or blows.

Incorrect installation or handling by unauthorized technical services.

Normal wear and tear from regular use of the product.
7.1.2 Right of withdrawal
If you have purchased an appliance remotely (online or by phone), you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without needing to justify the reason.
Conditions for return:

The product must be returned in perfect condition, including all its accessories and manuals.

It is recommended to keep the original packaging to ensure the protection of the product during transport.
Return shipping costs: These will be borne by the customer, except in cases of product defect or shipping error .
7.2. Spare Parts and Replacement Parts
7.2.1 Warranty
Spare parts and replacements have a legal guarantee of 3 years , covering manufacturing defects or lack of conformity.
In case of a proven defect, the following will be offered:

Repair or replacement of the product at no additional cost to the customer.
Warranty exclusions:

Incorrect installations or improper handling.

Normal wear and tear from regular use of the product.
7.2.2 Right of withdrawal
Spare parts purchased remotely can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided that:

They have not been installed or tampered with.

They must be in good condition. Although not mandatory to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is recommended to keep the original protective packaging (seal, antistatic bag, silica gel packet), especially for electronic components, to prevent damage such as moisture and static electricity that could damage the product.”
Important note about electronic products:
Although not required to exercise your right of withdrawal, we strongly recommend keeping the original protective packaging of the electronic components. This packaging guarantees that the product has not been tampered with or damaged, facilitating its inspection and potential resale. The absence of this packaging could hinder the assessment of the product's condition and, consequently, affect the return process.
Specific exclusions from withdrawal:

Spare parts and replacement parts manufactured or ordered specifically for the customer, especially those not marked with "24-Hour Delivery Available".

Sealed products that have been unsealed and used.

Parts with a risk of rapid deterioration (e.g., electronic or mechanical components), except in the case of a proven defect.
Return shipping costs: These will be borne by the customer, except in cases of product defect or shipping error .
7.3. Procedure for Exercising Guarantees or Withdrawal

In-store returns: You can return products to our physical store at no additional cost, after prior notification .
7.4. Damage or Breakdown during Transport

Visible damage: If you notice any obvious damage to the packaging upon receiving the package, please notify the carrier and us immediately .

Invisible damage: If you discover damage to the product once you open the package, please inform us as soon as possible so we can handle the issue.
**Important note:**
These conditions apply exclusively to private consumers. Returns due to withdrawal **do not apply to businesses, the self-employed, or professionals**.

8. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes or controversies will be submitted to the Courts of Lugo, except in cases where jurisdiction corresponds to the buyer's domicile.
